6 International Order:

International buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before purchase. 1. Each piece is handmade with love and care, making it truly one of a kind and never fully standardized.

2. The item you receive may differ slightly from the photos, showing minor handmade variations or slight color differences due to lighting and screen displays.

3. If the original materials become unavailable, they may be replaced with similar ones without prior notice.

4. Variations in materials or techniques may also result in minor differences, though we always strive to keep each piece as close to the description as possible.

5. As all handmade creations are final sale, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before placing your orders.

6. Exceptions are strictly limited to verified transit damage reported within 48 hours, or where statutory return rights are legally required. For our full terms, please refer to our complete Refund Policy.
