Part I: Special Nature of Handmade Products & Return Policy
- Each piece in ToastDoll shop is handmade with love and care, making it truly one of a kind and never fully standardized. Due to the unique and non-standardized nature, we do not accept any form of returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind.
- The characteristics of handmade products include, but are not limited to:
- Each piece may differ in details and cannot be identical to other products or photos;
- Minor handmade variations or imperfections may be present, such as loose threads, slight marks, or minor surface variations;
- Actual colors may vary from product images due to lighting and display differences;
- Final products may differ in materials from the original description due to supply or production changes, though we will make every effort to maintain similarity.
- In light of these characteristics, please carefully consider and accept these inherent characteristics and limitations before purchasing. Be sure to review all product descriptions, notes and photos thoroughly. Once sold, all sales are final and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. - The following reasons will not be accepted for returns, exchanges, or refunds requests, including but not limited to:
- Materials or texture not meeting personal expectations;
- Differences in color or details compared with personal perception;
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective judgment.
Part II: Handling of Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If an item arrives damaged, or if the product does not match the order (e.g., wrong color, model, or style), you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear, high-resolution photos showing the issue from multiple angles with adequate lighting.
- We will assess the case and, in our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement or partial refund. Resolution will be based on principles of fairness and reasonableness.
- If no claim is made within 48 hours of receipt, the item will be considered accepted as delivered, and we reserve the right to decline any related after-sales requests.
