Shipping Policy

Part 1. Order Processing Time

  1. For in-stock items, orders will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
  2. For made-to-order items, production will begin after payment is confirmed, and the order will be shipped within 2–5 business days after production is completed, in accordance with the timeframe specified on the product detail page.
  3. Mixed orders containing both made-to-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once all items are ready for dispatch. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders..

Part 2. Shipping Coverage, Methods, Costs & Timeframes

  1. We ship to most countries worldwide , excluding certain remote regions and restricted territories as determined by carrier limitations.
  2. Shipping carriers and methods are selected at our sole discretion based on destination and operational requirements.
  3. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
  4. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing and carrier delays. 

Part 3. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status through the carrier's tracking system. If tracking information remains stagnant for more than 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Part 4. Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) determined by the destination country's regulations. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. ToastDoll bears no responsibility for customs-related costs, delays, or complications. We strongly recommend reviewing your local customs regulations prior to ordering.

Part 5.Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. ToastDoll shall not be held liable for packages that are lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer. Any resulting losses, additional shipping costs, or re-delivery fees will be borne entirely by the customer.

Part 6. Lost or Damaged Packages During Transit

In the event of package loss or damage during transit, customers must notify us immediately upon discovery. While we will coordinate with carriers to investigate such incidents, ToastDoll's liability is limited to the original product value, and we assume no responsibility for carrier-related issues. Delays or losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, are excluded from our liability.

Part 7. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Occasionally, we may include complimentary items at our discretion. Such complimentary items are provided as-is without warranty, and their inclusion does not create any additional obligations or liabilities on our part.

ToastDoll reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
